Prayer Night

  • 228 Avenue G South Saskatoon, SK, S7M 1V1 Canada (map)

Date:  Most Wednesday year round,  beginning at 7 pm ending around 10 pm. Feel free to participate in prayer for the entire time or for part of the evening.

What: An evening of prayer, reflection, and song as we gather men and women in our community who long to see the ending of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. We will be focusing on upholding those exploited in our city and across this nation in prayer and all related factors that contribute to the injustice of sexual exploitation. Our prayer nights are open to all people to engage in prayer and worship with us on behalf of the vulnerable in our nation or engage in quiet prayer and meditate.

Where: Saskatoon new host location:  The Rock Church is located at 228 Avenue G South, across the parking lot from the White Buffalo Youth Lodge. (Locations may change each week/month, check the event calendar to confirm and for other city locations.)

Why:  We believe that we are called to be a Light in the darkness and that prayer makes a difference. We are all called to be restored holistically, As we pray for others, we are inevitably changed and filled up with more faith and compassion as we love our neighbors as ourselves in this way.

(If you are outside of Saskatoon and would like to be a part of an ongoing prayer movement for HRC and our work along with praying for other organizations and social service agencies addressing exploitation through the many streams, email us to sign up for our monthly prayer newsletter and prayer guide.  You can join us in prayer from where you are! Prayer knows no boundaries.)
